does anyone knows where can i get a FREE image editor to edit images i want to post some edited aircraft images

do a search for the "Gimp"  last i knew it was rather good. alot like photoshop but blending isnt as good.

Pixia & Photoplus 6 should do what you want. Both are free graphics editors with advanced features found in expensive commercial software.
