Evil and irritating popups
Posted: Thu Feb 23, 2006 12:17 pmThe popup maffia has found a new way to launch stuff whitout having the 'warning' bar in IE... and it is damn friggin annoying
The worst thing is that this new kind of popup can start a download process (it comes as far as showing the confirmation window) irregardless of your key actions in the 3 or so windows that it shows beforehand.
Just be careful with it as ANY path you follow results in the thing asking you to download some shitty software where any regular user has a known good alternative for
