If you don't have the .iso burned on a CD, do it now. Then, set your BIOS to boot first from CD and reboot with the CD in the drive. That'll start the installation.

all i was askin was if i needed a program for the ISO or something.

icause im doing my old setup, with a 64 bit twist. XP 64 takes everything except for 10gb, devoted to Linux Ubuntu 64 bit.

thanks all!

You need a CD burner program, like Nero or Roxio, to transfer the .iso to disk. That creates your bootable CD. Is that what you're asking?

An .iso image is just a format used for bootable disks. Don't need anything other than that to install the OS.
