hey buddys i just fucked up with my main texture folder in fs9......can anybody tell me where to find the default texture on the net or on which cd i can find it?

You guys might want to do stuff like this through PMs from now on (considering the general sentiment on this site about such actions)

Reinstall FS. If you don't like the idea, suck it up. We've all had to re-install at one point in time. I know i've messed it up and have had to reinstall more times than I care to remember

You could even re-install to another place on your system, and simply copy over the texture file. Much easier than trying to have someone here e-mail it to you

You could also find it on the cd's with a little bit of searching..

I rarely recommend a reinstall but it is apparent that you have screwed up FS beyond all recognition.

Uninstall and reinstall.

Disk 1 MSgame1.cab = fs9/aircraft + autogen + Charts + config + effects + flights + fonts
Disk 1 MSgame2.cab = fsweb

Disk 2 MSgame3.cab = fs9/texture
Disk 2 MSgame4-6.cab = fs9/sound

Disk 3 MSgame7.cab = fs9/scenery/cities/New York + Seattle
Disk 3 MSgame8.cab = fs9/scenery/base + eure + eurw + generic + namc + name + props + vehicles
Disk 3 MSgame9.cab = fs9/scenery/cities/Dallas + Denver + Oshkosh + Stmaarten

Disk 4 compact = scenery.cfg
Disk 4 complete = scenery.cfg
Disk 4 scenery = cities/ = .rar files for all other cities (to go in fs9/scenery/cities)
Disk 4 scenery = afri + asia + aust + ocen + same + WORLD/SCENERY + TEXTURE (to go in fs9/scenery/world)
