hello fellows
      hey i want the software which temporary disable the cd dvd rom. gives the work as we are disconnecting the ide cable from the cd rom. thanks....

Start> Control Panel> System> Hardware> Device manager > Click the DVD/CD-ROM devices + button, then right click on the DVD/CD-drives you want to disable and click disable.
