Anyone tried Falcon 4 AF yet???

Postby Gary R. » Thu Dec 01, 2005 9:47 pm

I am considering buying it.  Before I do though I would like to find out if it supports all of my control axis' that I will use.  The old falcon 4 won't recognize my rudder pedals when due to the fact that my joystick has a twist axis.  In short, theold falcon 4 only had support for 3 axis inputs.  I need to know that it can recognize a lot like FS does beofre I buy.  Does anyone know this?

Thanks
Gary

AF should be able to do that. However, I don't like the idea of printing the 700 pages from the manual. So I opted for my original Falcon 4 plus one of those new and great graphics modifications. 8)

Yes, but from everything I've read about the new falcon it seems the old falcon 4 manuel is mostly applicable to the new one and I happen to own it, the manuel that is.  It's in a falcon 4 jacketed 3 ring binder.  Well, I suppose as my entertainment budget allows, I will buy the new falcon af.  If it doesn't work with my control set-up I can always take it back to the store for exchange, possibly for LOMAC, or Pacific Fighters, or FB Gold, which is regular FB plus ace expansion, plus something else, i forget what.
