For some reason whenever I download something, the little window dosen't pop up and tell me the progress. But the file does download. Any idea what I did? Thanks.

Sounds like a browser setting if your using a default download manager.
Depending on which browser you use check your internet tools or preferances in IE or your options in FF.
You should be able to find options for how your browser handles downloads.

If you're using mozilla james, just hit ctrl+j.
