I don't know if this is an appropriate question to ask in this subject but lately I have been getting this warning everytime I shut down my computer. I suspect it is an FS related subject.

It states:  "dw-exe.DLL Initilaization Failed"
"Application failed to initialize due to windows
                 shutting down".

Anyone got any idea what's going on? Other than it being annoying, nothing significanlty wrong seemed to be going on.

If it doesn't seem to be affecting anything, try the following:

1) Go to Start > Run
2) Type msconfig
3) Go to the 'startup' tab
4) Look on the list for "dw-exe.dll"
5) Uncheck it
6) Click Apply, OK, then Restart the machine.

Obviously this shouldn't cause any adverse effects, but in the unlikely case that it does, just reverse the process (check the box again)
