Right..

I now have a annoying problem, i accedently clicked 'auto download' on the standard windows client.

And i cant remember for the life of me, how to put it back to normal..

What do you mean auto download. You mean the automatic updates thing?

I seriously recommend yuo leave that on unless you frequent windows update often.

If you must turn it off, go to the security center and click automatic updates under options. It will give you a windows which allows you to turn it off.
