M4A to Mp3

I was wondering if there was software out there that would convert m4a audio files (in my Itunes folder) to mp3 format so I can put them onto a C.D.

I use Nero Wave Editor for all my conversion needs.  Although it's not free.  Despite my doubts it can handle a M4A, try a search for "Audacity".    A good search on Download.com should take care of your problem.
