XP has a built in clone facility for HDs. Right click on the drive you want to copy and choose properties. Then click on tools and you'll find backup at the bottom ;)
Failing that go to download.com and try one of the many HD cloning programs they have on offer ;)

Well, I'm not getting that option...  I made the exact same partitions and all, and I can simply copy and paste files on my D and E drives to the G and H drives, but would copy/pasting the C to F leave behind things like registry, therefore rendering the copy of XP on the new drive useless?

You can also create a ghost image of your old drive and ghost your new drive with that image.

Nortan Ghost has that ability. I've never tried it though. I use commercial hardware to ghost my HD's, but that costs money and you probably don't do it as much as I do.
