I have no idea what Lomac is. If you tell what it is, I might give it a try.

Mobius, it's about $20USD right now, but I have it on good authority that you can pick it up at Amazon for $9-12.

We mainly fly evenings, EST.  We're looking to establish a team of good formation guys.  PM me if you're interested.

I've never really tried formation flying.  Any suggestions on how to practice?

Two, er, words..."AI".

Actually practicing on AI is a little harder than necessary, because you can't predict the movements of the AI plane.  I would say that the easiest way would be to go up with people and train with them.  You're more than welcomed to practice with us.  We "auditioned" a few pilots last night, and two of them have potential.  We'll probably offer a position to one of them already, and the second I want to take up a few more times to check him out.

I tried a demo of LO-MAC a few months ago and the thing was horribly buggy - crashed left and right, no support, etc.

Has this been fixed?  If so I'd love to try it again.

Webb, I also tried the demo and hated it....I decided to give it a go recently, and with the settings turned down, it runs smooth as silk.  And even with minimum settings, it looks better than FS9.  lol
