Pacific Fighters Carrier take off

Postby eno » Thu Dec 30, 2004 3:04 pm

None of the carrier based aircraft want to take off ........ I start the engine..set flaps etc and push up to full power/WEP    and they don't move .... not a jot ... not even a wobble .... nada. Brakes are off  tailhook up.

Any ideas guys?

cheers

What joystick you got? I had this.  My throttle on my joystick doesnt work with Pacific Fighters. I have a Saitek Cyborg Evo.  Ubisoft have recognised a problem and I am now awaiting a patch.

In the mean time I am stuck with keyboard throttle.

Prehaps you should try the autopilot. Or throw it in the bin and reinstall CFS2.

I thought the same at first also, but after a bit of tweaking and getting the Forgotten Battles Gold pack and merging the three together, getting online that all changed.
This has got to be the best Combat sim set up ever!
The best thing for the IL2 series would be for UBI to allow aome more competent company be in charge of how games are released ;)
