PF Help

Well I installed Pacific Fighters along with the 3.01 patch.
So far I haven't shot anything
Still trying to get use to the key commands and the way the hat switch pans the view.
A couple questions:
1) is there a config. setting for me to increase the pan rate?
2) When I crash, get shot down, or explode the sim doesn't reset. It just lets me stare at the wasted aircraft while the war continues on without me. Is this common or am I missing something on the install.
3) I have all the settings maxed and it runs great (major surprise) But while flying the clouds reflect on the cockpit glass making it difficult to see. I tried lowering some settings to no avail. Which one am I missing?
4)Is there a way to get views such as FS9, meaning being able to pan "smoothly" in all directions, look around your aircraft from the exterior all the way not just from the front or rear?
These are a few but I have more and shall wait. Overall I'm impressed with the graphics, high quality and I can actually run on the best settings with no major frame rate drops. A lot of aircraft to choose from (many that aren't incuded that are suppose to be, but I guess that is going to be a download soon which sucks!
I wish there was a default key command/ joystick setup. almost all is user defined and making set-ups for personal use is time consuming and in most games there are usally just a couple buttons I change. The setup that comes with the install is unbearable, I have a MS Force Feedback stick and it doesn't fit my left hand and and key commands are difficult for me using my left hand so there is a lot of "loss of control" trying to change views
But in time I'll get use to it.
