Postby Gixer » Wed Nov 17, 2004 2:43 pm

Just got Pacific Fighters but cant get the throttle to work on my joystick.

Takin a bit of gettin used to, dont like the chase view and the way you cant pan much but guess I will get used to it!

I really just want to get the throttle on the joystick working.  Anyone else had this problem?

Bah this just dam well sux!!!!!!!!

Updated everything possible!  Still no joy.

Its stupid it says run the configure thing which I do then click on Joystcik properties.  In this bit my joystick works fine! so I hit OK bla bla

Start game and nada! no throttle on joystick. SUX SUX SUX

Joystick works great on every other game I have that uses it  :(

Even the new patch for the actual game didn't sort it out.

If there's an option to set controller sensitivity did you check that out for the throttle axis? If its turned all the way down it won't respond.

There is one small problem the game doesn't actually pick up the throttle input at all!

Someone else on here with same joystick is having same problem.  Its a goof in the game!

As I said in my other post game has been un-installed until Ubisoft sort their act out.

Gixer is absolutely correct!

I also have an EVO and Pacific Fighters does not reconize the throttle at all..... there is absolutly no configurations for it in PF.
It's like the throttle doesn't exist.
