can i export pictures from word?? read

hi there, i have a load of pics on a word document that i want to export so that i can have them as individual JPEG's.
can this be done using word 2000????
hope someone can help.

Never used Word 2000 so don't know if this will work, but try right clicking on the image and see if it gives you a "save image" option.
I know that it works on most anything.

Try saving the document in HTML format (File/Save as Web Page). The images should be saved in their own folder in the same location as the saved file.

thanx guys, the first option doesnt work... tried and it doesnt give you the option to save but the second does - thanx for both of your input

You could always bring up the document, take a screen shot and then use Infranview to cut/crop the image and then save as a JPEG.
There's always a workaround. lol
