Found a couple on Snapfiles. Go here...
http://www.snapfiles.com/freeware/gmm/fwaudiocodec.htmlAnd scroll down until you find a program called "dBpowerAMP Music Converter". Looks like it will do exactly what you want. I've never used this program but it got a good rating. The people at Snapfiles are rarely wrong about their stuff.
Also, if you have a Creative sound card. You can use Creative Play Centre to rip audio from CD's and convert them to MP3 as well.
