FSNav HELP!!!

Postby YodaNYC » Sat May 29, 2004 6:31 pm

Downloaded FSNavigator about 1 month ago.  Used up the 20 free trials and decided I couldn't live without it.  Registered about a week and a half ago using my credit card.  However, I still have not received my email with the key code despite having my credit card charged.

I have sent two emails, one to the sales team and one to the support team asking for the code.  Both have gone unanswered and I am getting quite mad.  So now I'm out the money and can't use the program.

Any suggestions?

Best bet is to ring up their customer service line and speak to someone (get their name as a contact), explain the situation, and have your credit card details to hand. Tell them the date of registration etc, and ask them to PLEASE help ;)
Failing that a letter from a lawyer normally galvanises people into action ;)

Hi Yoda...!
Excellent news...Excellent program... 8)...!
Don't forget to write your key information down on a piece of paper, (not in the computer), and file it safely away... ;)...!

Cheers Mate... ;D...!
Have fun with FS Nav...!

Paul.

P.S. ...Tip...change the FS Nav Map background colour to Blue... ;)...!
