Since late in the evening on Aug 1 FsrealWXlite has not been able to connect to it's server. Do any of you use it and are you having the same problem?

Seems to me an update is on its way.
Lets wait and see.

Looks to me like the lite version is no more.

Which is really, to me way too bad. I hope they fix or replace or patch it or something soon.
I love that software. Used it every flight before...

The full version is working OK. I hope they get the server problem fixed for lite as I really don't need or want the full payware version.

Maybe, now that the weekend is over, someone will be able to fix the server problem. I mean, what can you expect from a free service? Pay someone overtime to repair a problem that earns you no income?

So far it is still dead. But on the other hand the full version is running fine. So, after 20 days I wonder what the price tag will be to continue using it. There is no mention of a pricing structure that I can find anywhere on their web site.

Today I have had FSrealWXpro fail several times. At first I wanted to blame the foul weather here in Florida but then how could that impact servers in Germany? If that is where they are.

And I wanted to make a simulated flight into a real hurricane.

Still hard down for me, no "Update Server", no WX DL's from any of the net choices....nothing, nada, zip, zilch...You get the gist, I think
Has been since hte first of August, drat it. Yu have to either DL the demo of the payware version or find something else for now, I guess.

If the pro weather server fails also, then it tells me they are working hard!
I'm a patient person, so......

So far there is no indication of what the fee for the pro version will be. I suspect that sometime in the next two weeks I will get an email with a price plan attached. I hope that by then they will have lite back up and running.
