Has anyone encountered an Adobe Air Installer problem? Tried installing an aircraft using the installer app. that came with the aircraft but was told the application install was damaged. Can I just uninstall Adobe air and reinstall or is there something else I need to do. Using FSX Gold/Acceleration

Installing the Adobe AIR software associates all files with the .air extension with itself, including MSFS AIR files. This changes the file icon & file description but does not affect the actual file. The AIR files in FS aircraft are not installers but the same old AIR files they always have been. MSFS AIR files define the flight dynamics & there is absolutely no reason to click on them. Install the aircraft manually in the usual way.
