Here is more information, when I fly the A-380, by Chris Evens, and someone else is flying it also, we get the fatal error. We proved this several times.

Any ideas?

Are you both using "FS Host" as your Server?

http://www.chocolatesoftware.com/

Have you both tried a different aircraft.....preferably a Default aircraft?

Multiplayer prefers both players to use default aircraft, or both players using identical downloaded aircraft.

FS Host is noted for being very reliable for Multiplayer Pilots!

We were both using a A-380, the British Airway one. Also we are on my server, Question, is there other ports to use?

Are you using your own computer's IP address, or one of the "FS Host" Servers?

Note also; All the Ports on your Router(s) often need to be opened to prevent connection problems*...(getting disconnected during the session).

My advice: Both of you agree beforehand a time to to connect to one of the FS Host Servers IP addresses (with no-one else on), and give that a try!

Multiplayer Sessions rarely give any problems.

(a) What is the Server address that you are using?....>>> xx.xxx.xx.xxx
(b) Is it a "FS Host" address?
(c) For FS 2004 or FSX?

I will connect to it to see if there are any problems.

...No luck...no sessions found!

It looks as though you are using the dreaded "Gamespy" Server which is now obsolete for FSX...
I don't think anyone uses Gamespy now!

Why don't you and your Mates use the "FS Host" server instead, for FSX (and FS 2004)?...Most Sim Pilots use that nowadays with no problems!

Install "FS Host Client", for FSX, run it*, and insert "fsmpa.hopto.org" (without the quotes)....Flightsim Server. Multiplayer Adventure Server.

Give that a try..see how you get on!

All the details here:...>>> http://www.chocolatesoftware.com/

Forget "Gamespy"...forever!

* Put a short-cut on your desktop.

Paul...G-BPLF Multiplayer!......!

P.S..Be sure to run FSX in "Windowed Mode"!
