Isn't Firefox nothing more than Google search?

Maybe to explain more.. I also have a Galaxy on Android and when I choose Firefox I just get Google, There has to be something I'm missing here. ?

Firefox is just another browser. What you have there is Google set as the "home" screen.

But you can make any website your home screen.

I use Google as a home screen because it is, more or less, a clean starting point. When I want access to the internet, I don't want a lot of junk on the screen.
