Would O&O Defrag 8.5 work ok with a brand new SP2 copy patched to SP3?

The only thing I would REALLY love, is a Service Pack upgrade to prevent all the hundreds of E-Mail Spammers from invading my In-Box every day!

...now THAT would be a worth-while upgrade, Mr Microsoft!... [smiley=thumbsup.gif]...!

Paul...Spam Sandwiches for Tea... 8-)...!

click the 'miucrosoft update' link in the 'windowsupdate' screen then... updates ALL the stuff instead of windows-only

SP3 is SP2 with all the patches AND some enhancements... infact, SP3 is most likely more stable than SP2. :P

OO DAG 8.5 work with SP3 anyone?

Took me a while to iron out a couple of creases with SP3, but it's working now like a charm.

drummer?  What creases did you have with XP SP3?

I have noticed that FS FPS tanked, myself.  Went from 25ish to less than 12ish...Very disappointing...

A list of issues fixed by XP SP3

Here you are

I've had it for a while and have not had any problems. I haven't noticed too much of a difference in FS performance, however. But it has been running stable

i really wouldn't say SP3 is worth it, tried it a few times and it gave me nothing but trouble and it decreased all gaming performance :(
