i might download the adverts one as dad wont pay for the nonadverts :D. the download options just confused me though :-[

The free version works good enough. Just a tiny ad at the top right :)

Opera is muh faster than IE most times, but it is much slower than IE when looking at screenshots.

The best part of Opera are the tab interface and mouse gestures. If IE had these features, I probably won't be using Opera right now.

I use OPERA  as my default browser and Id recommend it to anybody, Ive just sent my old computer to my brother in dublin and ive installed opera as his default browser, its free, type in opera6.0 into a search engine and away you go.theres a handy gadget in it,which means you dont have to use the keyboard to log into sites.andy

Just installed the latest version and I think its brill,never liked IE anyway,I,ll stick to Opers from now on.

If you do NOTHING but view web pages Off by One advertises itself as the world's fastest browser.  I used it for a while as a Google shortcut - it loaded the browser and the web page before IE even started.

The free download is well under 1 Mb.

But be prepared to give up a lot of whistles and bells.
