Can't upgrade Cachya software.

Hi all,

I don't know if anybody has herd of the head tracking software called "Cachya", but I have a problem with it. I can't seem to update it to the full version after downloading the free trial version. It just sits there and eventually doesn't respond. The reason I'm posting this here is that the forums for the product seem to be dead as the last post was in 2008!! I already paid 14.99 USD for the full license and want my money back if it's not going to work. Here is the website: www.cachya.com/esight/overview.php
