Is there any advantage of using xp pro 64 bit over the 32 bit version?  I will be using and Athlon 64 3700 sandy.  I was going to upgrade to the pro version but not sure which one is best or the advatages.
Thanks.

If I had the money I would have already switched from 32 bit to 64 bit.  ;)

Ok. I see you all reccomend 64. However, I have been googling and it seems that many .bat programs do not run in 64.  Also, I have read that the main advantage is the ability to use more ram.  I am only going to have 2GB and do use some programs that are patched with .bat programs.  Is it worth the hastle for me? Will I notice any advantages over the 32 bit in my current level of technology?
