Battle of Britain II: Wings of Victory?

I stumbled acrossed this at the A2A Simulations website, and I was curious. Is this a newer, standalone combat simulator, or some sort of MS CFS3 or other simulator addon/mod?

Does anyone here have it, and is it any good?
