ATI and windows theme...

>:(Installed my new(ish) video card the other day, cleaned out the old drivers (the right way I think) and installed Catalyst version 7.12. (seem to be the best for my system). I have the "use visual styles on windows and buttons" UN-checked on the visual effects tab of the performance options because I prefer to use a modified Windows "classic" theme, so I don't need it.

EVERY TIME I restart this thing, it boots into the newer XP theme with the crappy blue task bar and what not, and it's ticking me right the heck off! >:(

Anyone know how to fix this?!?
