MailTo Hotmail

Is it possible to associate the MailTo protocol to a webmail account like Hotmail in Vista, as opposed to the default Windows Mail. The control panel has this as the only option.
I find this particularly annoying as none of the email links in web pages will take me to the right place. Argh.

After many hours of searching I found this little application that only needs to be run once, and adds Windows Live Mail to the email handlers list. Works perfectly. Sorted.
