Hi F.H.

These tips might help get you started.
http://www.fs2004.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=49292

Basically you need a programme such as Fraps to record your video footage, and
a programme such as MicroSoft Movie Maker (free from Microsoft - version 2 is included in
Windows XP SP2) to edit your videos with.  Then simply upload the video to YouTube.

Best keep your first video short.  maybe 2 to 3 minutes.

Hope this helps.

Yeah, Fraps is good.  There's a free version around, but it doesn't record sound (at least my version doesn't)

I have a few of my own flight sim videos on YouTube myself, nothing special of course, just fun to make!

If you're interested, please follow this link...

Fraps isn't free ....... having said that you can use the Fraps demo to make 30 second snippets which have the FRAPS logo at the top. To get rid of the logo you must purchase a full license.

Actually, there is a free version of Fraps on the internet, non-demo, without the 30 second limit and logo attached etc.
I downloaded it last week (and used it to make my youtube flight videos)
I'll try to find the link again and will post it here, in this thread!
