Music Editing

Hey  ;)
I am looking for any software that lets you edit songs.
I mean like to cut bits out and stuff  :P
To cut things out like vocals so it's just an instrumental.
I am not really sure how to word it though.

Well you can try Audacity for audio editing, very good program. For stripping voice out from a single track this is no use though.
