WWWs are gone...

Hi all,

For some reason I when I go to a website the address bar doesn't show the "WWW" Example: http://www.simviation.com/

I get the same problem for Sim-Outhouse, Gmail, AVsim, and FlightSim...

Is there a setting that possibly got changed or am I just being paranoid?

Not sure I understand. What exactly does your address bar show? Say, for example, this page/post reads:
http://www.simviation.com/cgi-bin/yabb/ ... 1141859249

And Gmail reads:
http://mail.google.com/mail/

The www. isn't always necessary to get where you want to go.

Hi Weather Man,

I know you don't always have to have the "WWW" but I have the sites I visit the most on my "trusted sites list" this way I don't have to click that stupid bar that pops up telling me I'm trying to download something. But when I got on today I was getting a pop ups asking if a non trusted should open a trusted site. Anyways... I'm getting confused now 'cause WWW is back for the SimV forums.
