Only kidding. ;) If you can download Linux and use the GIMP they have it is excellent. Really amazing. :o

You can download it free - maybe you could get GIMP seperate off the net. Have a search and see. www.google.com ;)
My sister produces brilliant edits with it. Here is an example:
