Falcon 4.0

Hey all, just decided to start Falcon 4.0 again, so I am starting from scratch.  I was wondering if anyone knew what some good updates are and where I could find them.  I see all kinds of screenshots with highly detailed skins and things and I was just wondering if anyone could direct me to where I could find things like that.  I have also read about BMS or something like that and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what that is also?
