Interactive garden plan

Evening all!  

I am in need of a little help! As a keen gardener I would like to keep a record of which plants are which in my borders.  

I thought it would be quite fun to make a file (I thought htm based may be easiest) where when I brought the mouse over the different plants, their names would pop-up!  

Does anyone have any suggestions at to how I might do this I thought along the lines of a hyperlink hotspot but I don't know how to add the pop-up info.

Start with the primer (if needed) and go from there.  You'll learn all sorts of cool stuff!
