Postby Dan » Sun May 02, 2004 2:17 pm

Hi Dan,

Internet options allows auto-redialling, you set it up there connections/ settings/properties / options.

There is a minimum 3 or 5 second redial delay (5 I think).

I don't think it will help you as once the connection is cut, you still have to rejoin the games manually.

Hi Dan...!
Who is your ISP...?
...they are a bit mean with a 1 hour cut-off... :'(...!
My 56K, dial-up, Freeserve/Wanadoo ISP gives me 2 hours before cut-off and having to re-connect... 8)...!

Cheers Dan... ;D...!

Paul.

P.S. I think the auto-dial thingy only works if you can't get a proper connection first time, when you click on "Connect".
When my 2 hour time is up, I always have to manually re-dial.
I think this is intended to prevent you being re-connected automatically, and continuously on-line while you are out shopping/fishing/round at your mate's/in bed/in the toilet/, etc, etc,.... :o...!
The Service Provider and British Telecom frown on that idea... ;)...!
