Is there any people here that knows how to operate Macromedia Flash Player well here ?  ??? If you do,please give me a shout. Thank you.  ;D

...nothing gets up my nose more than downloading a video clip file and the dreaded Macromedia Flash pop-up suddenly appears, requesting that I download and install Macromedia.... ::)...!
I say to myself "I'm quite happy with Windows Media Player, thank you very much...so.. [glb]GO AWAY![/glb]"
