cleaning

Hi Guys could any one tell me if there is a program around that will clean the hard drive apart from the normal things i am not ure if there is any help thankyou  :)

With Windows if you look in System Tools you'll find a utility called Disk Defragmenter ;)

and also in system tools, there is disk clean-up ;)
I am somwhere I don't know where I am!!!
