Help!
I'm so frustrated with Winace.  I ordered it on line and got a registration code and an av string.  Only problem is that the registration code about 8 symbols too long and the damned thing won' accept it, anyone have any suggestions?  I have the 1.32 version trial offer that I never took off my computer 2 years ago, have they changed the amount of digits since then?  I would GREATLY appreciate any help I can get

Dan,

I'm not familiar with Winace but if you ordered and paid for the new version I suggest you email the vendor with your questions.

You may need to uninstall the previous version first (RTFM) because it may be causing a conflict with the new version.

Yes, it is very possible and likely that the number of digits in the registration code will change from version to version.

The are hundreds, if not thousands, of free zippers, rarers and acers floating around in cyberspace.  I still use Winzip 8.0 (registered ages ago) and Winrar 3.0 (unregistered nagware)

If you paid for this with a credit card and can't get it resolved with the vendor you may be able to get your money back and get a free one.
