then it was printing out the actual image
then glue and a cover of polyeurathane
starting to take shape
making up some of the smaller parts is a challenge and a half - took three attempts to get this lot to stay together and even longer to un-superglue my fingers!!!

partly assembled
each button has to be individually hand cut and fitted
and numbers going on
thats the state of play so far - still have to finish the buttons and then drill and fit an Led for lighting to each one. then it's make up the lighting circuit and wire it all up
