Advice On FSUIPC

Postby westside » Wed May 05, 2010 12:50 am

I have been constantly upgrading and building on to my Simpit and I think it is time to move into FSUIPC. I just read the latest article in PC Pilot and they recommend FSUIPC for finely calibrating Yokes, Pedals, and Sticks.
Pros, Cons Pointers on using this software?????

Thanks
Mark

Hi Westside,

I have used FSUIPC mainly with networked computers to access FS info from the main computer which runs FS through Wide FS.
I have also used it for calibrating CH yoke and Saitek throttle which made them stable when I assign buttons and axises

FSUIPC is the Swiss Army Knife of flight simulation when it comes to the Microsoft series.  Get it... you'll love it.

BUT it takes some SERIOUS study of the SDK and the instruction manual to really understand how to use it well.  And go to Pete Dowson's forums too.  It is a complex and sophisticated tool.

best,

............john
