Simcontrol Copycat - Opinions

Postby HoverD » Sun Apr 12, 2009 4:10 pm

I'm looking for cockpit control hardware for FS2004 or xplane.  I'd like to use helis but occasionally some sort of fighter ace type plane.  I've seen a couple of reasonable bits of kit on ebay but there is one complete kit available and I'd like opinions on usability and value.  Anyone have experience with this kit?  Good / bad or otherwise?  Also, whats a reasonable price to pay for this type of setup?

The ebay number/item is 120402325526

Thanks for the help.

Looks cool, but shouldn't the collective lever be on the other side?

The simcontrol system is probably THE best you can get without it costing a fortune.. But as off so far the simcontrol has no longer an up and running store. This will be changed in 2010 when simcontrol will "come back to life". I'll be getting my Ranger 5S helicopter controls from there. Thumbs up!
