Photos of our cockpit in progress....

This is a generic cockpit that can be used for single engine props to four engine airliners. My son flies the CRJ and PMDG 747 the most. I really love the Rockwell Aero Commander Shrike 500 from Com-Central. My dad has about 7000 hours in the Shrike and I got my multi-engine and commercial rating in one. It is a great airplane!

We have two computers running the sim. The main FSX computer is listed in the sig. The other is an older Pentium machine that has the Ellie Avionics, FS Commander Flight Planner and weather software on it.

The main view is a 90" screen from a BenQ projector. The avionics are two 15" monitors, the GPS is a Liliput 10" touchscreen and the overhead panel is a Planar 15" touchscreen. We have the GoFlight MCP pro, GoFlight flaps/landing gear module and two GoFlight rotary modules. The yoke, throttle quadrant and rudder pedals are CH.

Still to come: building an actual overhead panel so we have a more realistic view out the windscreen. I also need to find a good way to make panel overlays to make the glass look more like stand alone gauges.

Thanks to everyone for the help!
