Im not 100% sure on this but I dont think goflight has support for Vista 64bit yet, if you run that check with support at goflight the guys there are really great with pointing you down the right path.....
Yep Goflight products work with FSX and you shouldn't have a problem setting up an autopilot using that product not the switches but the encoders

. Just make sure you download the latest config software and hook the USB up directly to the PC or at the very least use a powered USB hub...
Toggle switches will work like actual toggles, here is a quick guide to help you understand:
Momentary--sends a single pulse and doesnt lock into position
[on/off] a toggle or button that locks into two positions (on and off)
[on/off/on] a toggle or button that is on when up off when centered and on again when down
[mom/off] a toggle or button that is normally in the off position but when pressed up will be on and will automatically return to the off position(similar to a momentary switch)
And you get others like:
[mom/off/mom]
[on/off/mom]
so on and so on...... making sense?
