KE-72 "Incorrect Response"?!?!?!?

Greetings All,
I am trying to load (via an MSDOS command) a config file into my Hagstrom KE-72 and I keep getting an error stating "Incorrect response from KE-72".

Well, after calling Stan at Hagstrom and explaining the issue, he sent me a new executable file for loading the encoder. Apparently my KE72 is "ancient" and had issues with the older config file loader files I had. Everything is up and working great now.
You won't get better customer service than with Hagstrom.

Soon. I am getting close to putting the final skin panels on. Right now I am getting the last of the controls wired up and working.
Can't wait to see the beast all painted up.
