Cockpit Construction Continued (Part 38)

Current Status Picture

This was shot during last night's flight from KBOS to CYYZ.  Still very much a work in progress, but fun to fly in none the less.  ;)

Not much "physical" pit work lately.

Funny, I was looking into this software, can it run on a networked PC? Im more interested in playing ATC chatter through different speakers.

Yes, it is currently running on the PC in my pit whose main function is to run the ND display.  It works under FSUIPC and WideFS.  There is an option button in "Settings" that you check off that tells it that it is working thru WideFS.

That machine also runs Teamspeak for online voice comms and Weetunes Beastie (Sky Blue Radio).....which feed into my headset.  So the ATC chatter comes to my headset along with Teamspeak voices.

best,

The Goflight ATC module.  Not perfect by ANY stretch of the imagination.... but it sort of works.  Expensive solution though.

John2 (Masternerd),

now if I could only get the FS ATC to play thru a different set of speakers

another solution is RadarContact, I have it working through WideFS on a seperate PC straight into the Headset,

You have no idea of the power of the Dark Si....... I mean..... the cost ot time consumption of simpit work.
