Simpit interfacing between controls and computer

Hi all
I want to start building my simpit this year, I have got hold of and old hughes 300 cockit which comes complete with dual controls which are all linked and set up for dual control operation
Apart from using joysticks is anyone using the plasma lite from beta innovations.

I just need to work out how to interface the controls with the plasma lite and what other items I need as well as the plasma lite to get things working
