Getting a second or third view going works well (ioen a new view, undock, move to second monitor) but it is tedious to do this every flight. Can I set up a set of views to be default at the start of each flight?

I think the only option is to setup each flight and save it. Unfortunately there is no way to do this as ar as I know

It is possible to do, I have it set up on my system. My default setting is DC3 with twin monitors, one forward view and the second showing GPS, engine, radio etc. When I select this flight, it all starts without having to drag windows to the second monitor. I am on the road at the moment so I cannot tell you how it is done other than setting up the fligh, saving it and then as I recall pasting this into the FSconfig file. Once I am at home I can post a fuller reply, however there is a website by a guy with a similar home built cockpit like Arlot's. That is where I got my information on the subject.

Yes, thanks. I can set up the multiuple monitors and views, save the flight, later restart and get all the views. Not sure what happens if I then change to a different airport to begin the flight, will try it out. Also I am not sure what you pasted onto the FS Config

Thanks for the help. For other's informations here is a solution:
Create a flight at your preferred airport and aircraft, etc. When the simulation begins, open any additional views as you desire. To move these views to a different monitor, right-click the view and select Undock (note that you may have to be NOT in full screen mode to do this). Click and drag the view where you want it.
When all the views are set up, SAVE the flight. (ALT will show the menu bar). Select this flight as default.
When you begin future flights, the views will remain set up as in the default.
