Handy Tool

I just picked up a neat tool that should make 'pit assembly easier. It's a combination drill bit holder (with countersinks) and screwdriver fitting for a power drill. Put the right drill bit and countersink in one end and the driver head into the flip side and then attach to your drill and no more fumbling!

Drill a series of holes, countersink and drive screws all without taking the fitting out of the drill. :)

I'm sure there are similar tools available out there in most places.

:o That is the longest link I have ever seen! ...and it doesn't work.

But I think I know the tool you are talking about, and yes I've been meaning to pick one up for several years. ;)

I think one must be located in Canada for the link to work properly. And now that I looked at it by doing the search, no this isn't what I was thinking of. This thing is better though. ;)

I'm well aware of the URL link tool...I just choose not to use it in most cases. :)

Just posting a short link can be problematic if something goes wrong (like not being able to access it from a foreign country)...full links at least give people enough info that they can start searching for an alternate way in without having to ask all sorts of questions.

Of course, full links also tend not to be "spoofed" to some other, undesireable, site.  :o
