I found an old office chair around the house, and managed to find a 17" flatscreen monitor (used) in good condition for $25!.  Once my CH pro pedals arrive , then I can start work on my sim

$25 ?! Where did you find that? Is it an LCD or a flat CRT?

It is a flat planel CRT, it was from the owner of the local computer shop, used and refurbished, but great for $25!  It will be great for my simulator (when I build it)
